    Log into our Customer Centre and fill out a helpdesk ticket there. If you are not already a client of NOVATREND, or you don't have your access details to hand, then you can write to us at info@novatrend.ch. Requests that we receive in this way, are answered by us 365 days a year, even outside office hours.
