With Remote Support we can directly access your computer and resolve the problem remotely.

To start remote support, you must first download the program "teamviewer". After executing the program you get an ID-Number and a password. Please provide us with this information so that we can connect to your desktop computer.

The cost for the remote session is CHF 30.00 per 15 minutes excluding VAT

Safety note

• Through the execution of the program, "teamviewer" you provide an employee of NOVATREND direct access to your computer
• You can close the program after use, which will sever the access link
• NOVATREND accepts no liability for the use of the program, "teamviewer"
