Mail via Webmail

You can access your email via your web browser. So you are not dependent on an operating system and don't require an email program. Each user receives a personal e-mail account with your domain name (name@your-company.ch). The settings can be selected individually.

Calendar

With the calendar feature, you can easily manage all your appointments. With OX groupware You also have the possibility to invite other participants to meetings and to change the dates/times at any time as well as defining the access rights for others.

Contacts

You have the opportunity to keep a personal address book. With OX groupware you can additionally maintain a common address book together with other employees using the internal public folders. You can also group contacts together, for example, by project or company.

Tasks

OX Groupware allows you to create reminder messages or assign specific tasks to team members with the task tool. You can add priorities and target dates to tasks or view a project list with status updates. You also have the possibility to include time and costs for individual tasks.

InfoStore - Data storage

With the InfoStore in OX Groupware, it is possible for you to save data files via your browser for easy access. This means that you can edit documents from anywhere and allow multiple users to have access to the current version. You can also link documents to specific tasks.

Synchronization with Outlook or MacMail

With OX Groupware you get the OXtender*. This program must be installed locally on your computer and then takes on the synchronisation task between your local mail program (Outlook or MacMail) and the OX Webmail.

*Note: The OXtender is an application (exe file) with which the data from Webmail can be synchronised with Microsoft Outlook or MacMail The system requirements and installation instructions must be reviewed before installation. Please be aware that NOVATREND can offer no support for your either own mail programs or for OXtender, as they are programs installed locally and over which NOVATREND has no influence.
